Biography

Ms. Madden has served as a member of our Board since the Spin-Off. Since August 2026, she has served as Senior Advisor at Honeywell Technologies (“Honeywell”), a diversified technology and manufacturing company, and as Senior Advisor at Quantinuum, an integrated quantum computing company. From May 2025 through August 2026, Ms. Madden served as Honeywell’s Senior Vice President, Portfolio Transformation and Senior Advisor. Previously, she served as Honeywell’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel from October 2017 to May 2025 and as Corporate Secretary from January 2018 to September 2019.

Prior to those roles, Ms. Madden served as Honeywell’s Vice President, Corporate Development and Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions from January 2002 to October 2017. During her tenure, Honeywell completed approximately 100 acquisitions representing approximately $15 billion in revenue and divested approximately 70 businesses representing nearly $9 billion in non-core revenue.

Ms. Madden joined AlliedSignal, Honeywell’s predecessor, in 1996 and subsequently served as Vice President and General Counsel of Performance Materials and Technologies. Earlier in her career, Ms. Madden practiced law at Shearman & Sterling and worked at KPMG.

Ms. Madden served on the board of Quantinuum from June 2021 to May 2026.
